We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked on transforming Industrial Engineering from reactive maintenance to predictive, intelligent, and data-driven operations, with AI as the key differentiator.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Transform traditional reactive maintenance into predictive and intelligent maintenance
- Leverage AI/ML, IoT, analytics and equipment data to identify potential failures before they occur
- Develop condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies
- Analyze equipment health, performance and failure patterns
- Identify early-warning indicators and optimize maintenance schedules
- Reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Build data-driven maintenance and asset-performance frameworks
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, Data and AI teams
- Drive continuous improvement through AI-enabled industrial operations

Qualifications

- Solid Industrial Engineering / Maintenance background





Required Skills Key Experience / Domain Expertise

- The candidate should have hands-on experience in predictive maintenance, intelligent asset monitoring, condition-based maintenance, and data-driven industrial operations, covering equipment such as:
- Gloves
- HEPA / ULPA Filters
- Gauges & Pressure Transmitters
- VFDs & Motors
- Vacuum Pumps
- Pneumatic Cylinders
- Compressors
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)

- Dust Collectors
- PTS
- Isolators
- RABS
- VHP Systems
- Autoclaves
- Washers
- Reactors
- Granulators
- Experience with predictive maintenance and intelligent operations

- Practical understanding of the listed industrial/pharma manufacturing equipment
- Experience using AI/ML, data analytics, IoT or advanced analytics for maintenance transformation
- Strong understanding of equipment reliability and failure analysis

- Ability to translate equipment data into actionable maintenance insights

Preferred Skills

- Experience with industrial/pharma manufacturing environments (implied by equipment list)
