Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automation systems integrated with ERP.

- Develop AI-powered document intelligence tools using LLM APIs for extraction, classification, and validation of business documents.

- Build natural language query interfaces over SQL Server data for business/executive reporting and dashboards.

- Gathering, architecture, backend development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Gather requirements and stakeholder discussions to map current business workflows before designing AI-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with ERP support/functional teams and business stakeholders to translate manual pain points into technical solutions.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on internal Windows VM infrastructure.

- Prepare MIS reports for concerned teams and automate their generation to reduce manual effort.

- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation.

- Evaluate business problems to identify where AI/LLM-based automation can create measurable efficiency gains.

- Prepare process documentation and workflow diagrams.





- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation, translating functional requirements into AI-powered solution designs.

- Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshooting as needed.
