About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically curious AI Agent Development Intern to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered business agents using Microsoft Copilot technologies and leading AI platforms such as Claude. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior exposure to building AI assistants, conversational agents, workflow automation solutions, or agentic AI applications.

The intern will work closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable AI agent designs that improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development

- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Build and test conversational experiences, automated workflows, and business process assistants.
- Configure prompts, knowledge sources, topics, actions, and integrations within agent platforms.
- Support deployment and continuous improvement of AI agents across business functions.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into agentification designs, including user journeys, workflow orchestration, decision flows, and AI interactions.
- Create solution documentation, process maps, and functional design specifications.
- Participate in workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities.

AI & Prompt Engineering

- Develop and optimize prompts for Copilot, Claude,



and other Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Evaluate response quality, accuracy, safety, and user experience.
- Assist in implementing responsible AI and governance best practices.

Integration & Testing

- Support integration of agents with enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP, or other business platforms.
- Conduct functional, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Track defects and recommend enhancements.

Research & Innovation

- Stay current on emerging developments in Agentic AI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI technologies, Claude, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Prototype innovative use cases and demonstrate business value through proof-of-concepts.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Prior hands-on experience developing AI assistants, Copilot solutions, chatbots, or conversational AI applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or other generative AI platforms.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and LLM capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Exposure to Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or knowledge grounding techniques.
- Experience creating process flows, solution designs, or business requirement documents.
- Understanding of agent orchestration, MCP concepts, or multi-agent architectures.
