We are looking for a passionate agriculture skilled with a genuine interest in organic farming to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role combining farm operations, sales, store management, and community education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee organic vegetable production planning, sowing, crop care, pest control (organic methods), harvesting, and quality control

- Sell farm produce directly to customers managing retail sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets

- Manage the farm store inventory, billing, stock rotation, display, and day-to-day store operations

- Represent the farm at markets/events and promote organic produce

- Conduct occasional training sessions and workshops on organic farming for farmers, community groups, and school students.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture,



or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture preferred; equivalent practical experience considered)

- Hands-on exposure to organic farming practices (composting, vermiculture, bio-pesticides, crop rotation, etc.)

- Good communication skills comfortable speaking to customers, farmers, and students

- Basic store/inventory management ability; familiarity with billing/POS is a plus

- Enthusiasm for teaching and community outreach

- Willingness to work on-site at the farm location
