Role: Assistant General Manager - QS, Billing & Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

A. Quantity Surveying & Quantity Management

B. Client Billing

C. Subcontractor Billing

D. Variation & Change Management

E. Cost Control & Commercial Management

F. Contract & Commercial Administration

G. Claims Management

H. Final Account & Project Closure

I. Team Management

Key Deliverables / KPIs:

- Timely and accurate submission of client RA bills.
- Improved billing certification and collection cycle.
- Accurate subcontractor bill certification.
- Effective quantity and material reconciliation.
- Timely identification and approval of variations.
- Maximization of legitimate contractual claims.
- Effective cost control and reduction of commercial leakages.
- Timely closure of final accounts.
- Compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
- Accuracy and completeness of commercial documentation.
- Effective management and development of the QS & Billing team.

Preferred candidate profile:





Educational Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 15 to 25 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in high-rise commercial building projects is essential.
- Experience in large-scale commercial / residential / mixed-use developments will be preferred.
- Should have handled QS, Billing and Commercial functions independently at project level.
- Experience in managing large-value client and subcontractor billing is essential.
- Strong exposure to variations, claims, rate analysis, reconciliation, cost control and final accounts.
- The candidate should possess strong expertise in client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity management, cost control, variation / change orders, claims, reconciliation, contract administration and final account settlement, along with the ability to lead and develop a team
