We are looking for an AGM IT Infrastructure to lead, manage, and strengthen IT infrastructure across our corporate office and plant locations. The role owns secure, reliable, and high-availability IT systems — networks, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, and end-user support — enabling seamless operations across all group companies.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across corporate offices and multiple plant locations
- Ensure high availability of network, servers, storage, cloud, internet connectivity, and enterprise applications
- Lead implementation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and data center infrastructure
- Oversee cybersecurity: endpoint security, firewall management, backup, disaster recovery, and access control
- Drive IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, cloud migration, and technology modernization
- Ensure IT support, helpdesk operations, and issue resolution within SLAs across all locations
- Monitor IT assets, software licenses, AMCs, vendor performance, and procurement
- Support ERP and business-critical applications through infrastructure availability and performance
- Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, security standards,



and compliance requirements
- Lead and mentor the IT Infrastructure team; coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors

- 99.9% uptime of network, servers, internet, and critical infrastructure
- Secure IT workplace: controls, backups, DR readiness, policy compliance
- Timely issue resolution and smooth IT service delivery across locations
- On-time, on-budget delivery of upgrades, cloud initiatives, and projects
- Optimized vendor performance, procurement, and asset lifecycle management
- A high-performing IT Infrastructure team across corporate and plant sites

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or MCA; MBA (IT/Systems) preferred
- 1215 years in IT Infrastructure Management, with 57 years in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, metals, power, cement, or other industrial organizations preferred
- Hands-on expertise in network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, cloud (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, data centers, ERP infrastructure support, vendor management, and IT governance.
