? Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

? CTC: Up to ₹24 Lakhs per annum

?‍? Experience: 15+ Years

? Eligibility

- CA / ICWA / CMA / MBA in Finance
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Solid experience in Ind AS / Accounting Standards
- Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and finance operations
- Leadership experience with the ability to drive process improvements

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance & Accounting operations
- Drive financial excellence and strengthen internal processes
- Ensure effective financial reporting and compliance
- Lead process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
- Support management with financial insights and decision-making
- Manage and mentor the finance team





? What We’re Looking For✅ Strong leadership and decision-making skills ✅ Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting

✅ Experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment will be an advantage

✅ Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement
