- Manage the overall maintenance operations of power transmission systems, including switchyards and pooling substations.
- Experience in AIS/GIS substations from 33 kV to 400 kV.
- Hands-on experience in protection systems, relay coordination, testing & commissioning.
- Experience in Wind and Solar Renewable Energy Assets preferred.
- Proven experience in building and leading large multi-location teams.
- Strong exposure to utility interface, SLDC/RLDC coordination and regulatory compliance.
- 15-20 years of experience in Electrical O&M;, Asset Management and Grid Operations.
- Minimum 8-10 years in leadership roles managing substations, transmission lines and renewable energy evacuation systems.
- Ensure reliable operation of high-voltage equipment such as AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) and MTTF (Mechanical Time-Life Testing Facility).
- Oversee software testing and commissioning activities for SLDC (Supervisory Load Data Concentrator) systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to reliability, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in power industry with expertise in 400kV systems.
- Robust knowledge of switchyard operations, pooling substation design, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in software testing and commissioning of SLDC systems.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- M.Tech (Power Systems) preferred.
- Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate preferred.
- Certification in Power System Protection or Reliability Engineering will be an added advantage.
