We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head DGM / GM to lead the overall marketing function of a reputed hospital/healthcare organization. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth, patient acquisition, brand visibility, corporate partnerships, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall hospital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage the complete marketing function across strategic, corporate, digital, branding, and patient acquisition initiatives.

- Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and referral strategies.

- Strengthen the hospital's brand positioning, visibility, and market presence.

- Develop and manage corporate marketing and institutional partnerships.

- Lead digital marketing, social media, online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and digital patient engagement initiatives.

- Identify new market opportunities, emerging healthcare trends, and competitor activities.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for current services, specialties, doctors, and hospital facilities.

- Build strong relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, referral networks, and other healthcare stakeholders.





- Monitor marketing performance through KPIs, ROI, patient acquisition metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve organizational targets.

- Coordinate with hospital operations, doctors, business development, HR, and senior management to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 18-20 years of overall experience, with significant experience in healthcare/hospital marketing.

- Strong preference for candidates who have led the marketing function of reputed hospitals or healthcare organizations.

- Proven experience in strategic marketing, patient acquisition, branding, corporate marketing, and business growth.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Strong understanding of the hospital/healthcare market and patient acquisition ecosystem.

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive organization-wide marketing initiatives.
