Role & responsibilities

- Contracts & commercial management across both Civil and MEP works in high-rise residential & commercial projects.

- Tendering, BOQ, and QS rate analysis, comparatives, and techno-commercial negotiation.

- Contract law & conditions FIDIC/standard forms, risk allocation, variations, and claims.

- Claims, EOT & dispute resolution including delay analysis and arbitration support.

- Cost control & bill certification (RA bills, reconciliation, value engineering).

- Solid knowledge of construction methodology for high-rise structures and MEP systems.

- MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/contracts software (SAP or equivalent) proficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Timely award of Civil & MEP packages against procurement schedule.

- Cost savings achieved through negotiation and value engineering.

- Effective closure of variations, claims, and disputes.

- Accuracy and timeliness of bill certification and commercial MIS.

- Contract compliance and audit outcomes.
