Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple financial institutions/banks, including multilaterals, DFI’s, Indian / Foreign banks etc

- Effective interpersonal skills for communicating with the management

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, financial model, draft terms, pitch books and other information, as may be required by lenders/investors for their assessment.

- Engagement with legal counsel, tax counsel, technical consultants, insurance advisors and other project stakeholders

- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, term sheet negotiation and documentation, with attention to detail

- Portfolio Management for both corporate debt and project finance





- Developing positive understanding of macro environment of the power sector specifically renewable energy space, market players

- Competitor analysis, benchmarking with peers, data collection on transactions undertaken by market players and its analysis

- Post disbursement monitoring and compliance

Desired Experience and Skills/Competencies:

- CA / MBA Finance with around 10 years of experience in fund raising

- High Financial acumen and attentive to details.

- Preference towards prior experience in domestic/international fund raising in infrastructure sector

- Stakeholder management, Financial Modelling, Information memorandum and MIS
