Your activities
- Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, calendar yearly, and India financial year.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Manage cost control, cost accounting, and ensure compliance with cost audit requirements.
- Variation analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Oversee the budgeting process, working with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop financial forecasts and models to assess the impact of business decisions and changing market conditions.
- Internal Controls & Financial Systems:
- Ensure robust internal financial controls, processes, and procedures to protect company assets.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Align team objectives with the broader finance department and organizational goals.
- Strategic Financial Support:
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and execute the company’s financial strategy,
including capital allocation and investment
- opportunities.
- Provide financial insights to support mergers, acquisitions, and other key business initiatives.
- Audits:
- Supervision of audits
- Validation of audit reports
- Cost audits
