Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project and other software.
- Establish realistic timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Billing and Quantity Surveying:

- Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities), RA bills (Request for Amount bills), and final bills.
- Manage contractor bills, client billing, and subcontractor claims.
- Maintain billing logs and reconciliation statements.

Cost Control and Budgeting:

- Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budget utilization throughout the construction lifecycle
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget constraints.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitoring and Forecasting: Closely monitor cash inflows and outflows, forecasting future cash positions to anticipate potential shortages or surpluses.
- Payment Collection: Managing accounts receivable is a key responsibility,



ensuring timely payments from clients to maintain positive cash flow.

Contract Management and Documentation:

- Conducting rate analysis, preparing rate analysis reports, and negotiating rates with contractors.
- Handle scope variations, change orders, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.

Coordination and Reporting:

- Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and finance.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Experience - 15+ years of experience in planning, billing, and cost management in residential/ commercial construction projects Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
