Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) Agile PLM Consultant to support day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and business process execution within Oracle Agile PLM. The candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise and be able to work independently with business users, Oracle Support, and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of:

- Product Collaboration (PC)
- Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C;)
- Good understanding of Agile PLM architecture and system components.
- Experience in Agile PLM administration and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Java Client configuration and troubleshooting

- Web Client troubleshooting

- User and role management
- Lists, workflows, classes, attributes, and privileges
- Experience working with Oracle Support and managing Oracle SRs from issue analysis through resolution.
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow incident, change, and request management processes
- Knowledge of Agile PLM integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyse logs, identify root causes, and support production issues.
- Good SQL querying skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Agile SDK development and customization experience.
- Basic understanding of Agile PLM integrations with Oracle EBS.
- Exposure to middleware/integration tools (Web Services, APIs, etc.).
- Programming knowledge in Java / Advanced Java.
- Experience in migration activities, data loads, and workplace refreshes.
- Understanding of Agile PLM File Manager architecture and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile PLM upgrade, patching, and validation activities.
- Effective use of AI tools (Copilot, Clude, etc.) to improve productivity, troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for Agile PLM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and user issues.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for product-related issues.
- Support configuration changes, enhancements, and testing activities.
- Analyse system logs and perform root cause analysis.
- Support integrations, deployments, and post-release validation.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of Agile PLM.
