Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in Duck Creek Policy development, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Develop and modify Duck Creek Policy applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead customer discussions related to base Duck Creek functionality, customization, and solution approaches.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Design and implement integrations with Duck Creek Policy and external systems.
- Collaborate with system architects, vendors, business partners, and other technical teams.
- Analyze existing program logic to determine appropriate solutions for enhancements, changes, and production issues.
- Maintain and modify applications currently in production to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and analyze programs to isolate root causes.
- Manage error handling, exceptions, and application issues.
- Design program logic in accordance with functional specifications, development standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Prepare test data and perform thorough testing using automated unit testing frameworks.




- Work effectively across multiple assignments and teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Train, mentor, and support other developers to improve technical capabilities and development practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, program specifications, and development-related artifacts according to company standards.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy configuration and integration.
- Robust hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy development and customization.
- Good experience working with the Duck Creek On-Demand (DCOD) environment.
- Strong experience in Duck Creek integrations.
- Experience working with base functionality and customizations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of automated unit testing frameworks and test data preparation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of application architecture and development standards.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
