Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve project delivery efficiency.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

- Provide guidance on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- SAFe Certified Qualified or equivalent experience working in an Agile environment.

- Strong understanding of stakeholder management techniques to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Must Haves SKILLS

- Hands-on Agile Coaching experience

- Strong SAFe implementation experience

- Coaching squads and Agile teams

- SDLC lifecycle coaching and process improvement

- Agile transformation and change management

- Leading SAFe Certification preferred
