Purpose & Scope of Job: |

The goal is to drivesustainable financial growth by boosting sales in Education |

Segment and forging strong relationships with existing clients. |

Key Task |

Build new prospects across India from the education sector, create a robust client|

pipeline, and ensure conversion. |

Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and submitting |

bids. |

Conduct proper scoping of business and develop P&L; workings as per the company |

objective. |

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. |

Conduct research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. |

Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders. |

Plan, Monitor, and control overall performance, and set measures to evaluate |

Performance vs Target in order to achieve the department’s goals. |





Keep up to date with current market innovations and any strengths and weaknesses of |

venue competitors. |

Consistently deliver and exceed sales targets and KPI’s. Required to submit |

reports as per Line Manager's requirement. |

Attend client meetings during the sales process to establish relationships and |

ensure a full understanding of their needs. |

Strong influencer with excellent negotiation skills, able to creatively source and|

target new clients whilst delivering excellent customer service. |

Experience and Commitment |

Working exp 15+ years in the Business Development - Educational Segment from Food |

and allied industry |

Qualification & Skills |

Effective Communication and strong negotiationskills |

Ability to build rapport. |

Proven workingexperience as a business development manager or a relevant role. |

Market knowledge. |

Time management and planning skills |

Masters in Sales & Marketing |
