Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures. The candidate will be responsible for delivering structural engineering solutions from conceptual design through detailed engineering and construction support for government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed structural designs for reinforced concrete structures.

- Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.

- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.

- Design and evaluate foundations, superstructures, and other structural components as per applicable codes and standards.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.

- Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.

- Manage and respond to RFIs (Request for Information) and client/site queries.

- Review contractor submissions, drawings, and design documents.

- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international design codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

- Lead structural design activities for government and private infrastructure/building projects.

Required Skills





- Strong expertise in Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structural Design.

- Experience in Structural Analysis and Design of various concrete structures.

- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and PROTECTED software.

- Knowledge of steel structure design will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of structural design codes, standards, and engineering practices.

- Expertise in preparation of BOQs and Cost Estimation.

- Excellent technical review, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in handling construction-stage engineering support and site coordination.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in structural design engineering.

- Proven experience in the design of concrete structures across industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or institutional projects.

- Experience working on both Government and Private Sector Projects.

- Demonstrated capability in leading structural design teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
