Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with robust expertise in building AI agents, Generative AI solutions, Python development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP server integrations, API development, and Workday integrations (mandatory).

Mandatory Skills

Generative AI & Agentic AI

- Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Guardrails, and Agent Orchestration.
- Experience developing agents with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-calling capabilities.

Python & API Development

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing scalable APIs using FastAPI/Flask.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, OOP concepts, testing frameworks, and Git.

MCP Server Integration

- Hands-on experience integrating AI applications with MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers.
- Experience building and consuming MCP tools/connectors for AI agent ecosystems.
- Ability to integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and external systems.





Machine Learning

- Experience with ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Workday Integration (Mandatory)

- Experience working with Workday APIs and integration frameworks.
- Ability to integrate AI solutions with Workday business processes and data sources.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, and enterprise copilots.
- Integrate AI solutions with MCP servers, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop Python-based APIs and AI services.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI-powered automation solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI.
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma).
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Education Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
