We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Agentic AI builder who wants to build AI that makes a meaningful difference.
? Who We’re Looking ForWe care more about what you have built than how many years you have worked.
Your experience can come from personal projects, hobby projects, internships, open-source work, startup experiments, or independent learning.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is constantly building and experimenting with AI
- Has built demonstrable Agentic AI / multi-agent projects
- Understands agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, memory, planning, and APIs
- Can turn an idea into a working prototype and eventually a production system
- Is a creative problem solver who can figure things out independently
- Learns new models, frameworks, and technologies quickly
- Is deeply hands-on with coding and building
- Takes ownership and follows through on what they start
- Has the energy, curiosity, and persistence to solve difficult problems
- Wants to use AI for good

Someone who can take an ambiguous problem, understand the real need, explore different approaches, make decisions, build, test, learn from failures, and keep improving until it works.

? What You’ll BuildYou will help design and build Agentic AI systems for real-world healthcare and education use cases, including:
- Multi-agent AI systems
- AI assistants for doctors, healthcare workers, teachers, and students
- Patient support and care coordination agents
- Personalized learning and teaching agents
- Knowledge and RAG agents
- Planning and workflow automation agents
- Agents that interact with databases, APIs, applications, and external tools
- Human-in-the-loop AI workflows
Our goal is to build AI systems that do useful work for people, not just generate responses.
? Useful Technical ExperienceHands-on experience with some of:
Python | LLM APIs | LangGraph | OpenAI Agents SDK | CrewAI | AutoGen | LangChain | RAG | MCP | FastAPI | PostgreSQL | Vector Databases | Docker | Git/GitHub | Cloud
Specific frameworks matter less than your ability to understand, build, integrate, debug, and improve AI systems.
? Who Can Apply?This could be a great opportunity for a self-taught AI builder, early-career engineer, open-source contributor, or someone coming out of internships with strong personal projects.
You should
✓ Have completed your current college/university education
✓ Be available for full-time work
✓ Be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad
✓ Be able to attend an in-person interview in Hyderabad
✓ Have at least one demonstrable Agentic AI / multi-agent project
