Were Hiring | Agentic AI Engineer

We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build production-grade AI agents that can plan, call tools, and execute multi-step workflows within real-world backend services.

Location: Pune & Nagpur

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: As per experience & interview performance

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only

What You’ll Work On

*Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen

*Develop production backend services using Python and/or Node.js

*Design and integrate REST APIs

*Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, chunking, semantic search and Pinecone/FAISS

*Implement conversation memory, session management and context handling

*Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini

*Develop prompts and structured JSON outputs with validation

*Debug and resolve production issues across APIs, agents and retrieval

*Deploy applications using Docker & Kubernetes on AWS/Azure





*Collaborate with product and ML teams and mentor junior engineers

Must Have

Production experience with an agentic AI framework

3–5 years of backend development experience

Strong Python/Node.js & REST API experience

Hands-on RAG and vector database experience

Experience with LLM providers

Solid debugging and problem-solving skills

Immediate to 15 days Notice Period

Valuable to Have

MCP, multi-agent orchestration, reranking, Pydantic/guardrails, streaming & caching, Llama/Mistral, vLLM/Ollama, LangSmith/Langfuse.
