Role & responsibilities

- Design and implement Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems for enterprise use cases.

- Architect LLM, Generative AI, and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.

- Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, ITSM, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

- Develop autonomous workflows with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Foundry.

- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Design scalable cloud-native AI architectures on Azure/AWS/GCP.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive AI transformation initiatives.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership for enterprise AI programs.

Preferred candidate profile





- 10 -12 years of experience in AI/ML Architecture or Solution Architecture

- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and Generative AI

- Solid expertise in LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Azure AI Foundry

- Proficiency in Python, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker

- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, ITSM, APIs, and Enterprise Systems

- Strong stakeholder management and enterprise architecture experience.
