About the role:

Design and build production-grade AI agents with reasoning, tool use, memory management and multi-step workflow execution. The role requires strong Python and practical experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent frameworks, enterprise APIs and AI evaluation.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and develop production-grade agentic AI applications
- Build multi-step agents with tool use, memory, orchestration and error recovery
- Integrate GPT, Claude, Gemini and similar LLMs into enterprise applications
- Build and optimise RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector stores, reranking and hybrid search
- Implement structured outputs, function calling and prompt-engineering techniques
- Connect agents to REST and gRPC APIs, enterprise systems, message queues and event-driven services
- Implement AI evaluation, tracing, observability and quality monitoring
- Build tool orchestration with Model Context Protocol, tool registries and schema-driven dispatch




- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to move AI solutions into production

Required qualifications:

- 3 - 7 years of overall qualified experience, including 1 - 3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience
- Strong production-grade Python development skills
- Experience with LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI or a similar agent framework
- Experience integrating GPT, Claude or Gemini APIs, including structured outputs and function calling
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, reranking and hybrid search
- Experience with REST and gRPC APIs, OAuth or SAML concepts, message queues and event-driven architecture
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability and Model Context Protocol-based tool orchestration

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with an enterprise agent SDK
- Experience deploying containerised AI applications with Kubernetes
- Experience with Kafka or Flink
- Experience with model fine-tuning
- Exposure to reinforcement learning from human or AI feedback

Interview process:

One interview round with Aptlogica, followed by one or two client interview rounds.
