CTC: ₹3.75 – ₹5.40 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years | Prior field Sales/ Tele sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and activate advisors as per monthly targets
- Drive advisor productivity and business performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and guide advisors on career progression
- Generate revenue and acquire current customers through face-to-face and digital channels
- Conduct 2 joint calls daily
- Review performance with the Branch Manager on a weekly basis
- Attend company meetings and training programs




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
