Role Description As an Agency Leader, you will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth in Sitarganj. This full-time, on-site role involves recruiting and onboarding advisors, providing ongoing training and mentoring, and monitoring sales performance against targets.

You will plan and execute local sales and marketing activities, support advisors in meeting customer needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The role requires regular field visits, relationship building with customers and partners, accurate reporting of productivity and business metrics, and active participation in regional reviews and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, target achievement, and business development capabilities, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including recruitment, coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation of advisors.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Planning, organizing, and analytical skills to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement improvement actions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct training sessions and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort working in office and in the field in Sitarganj, with readiness for local travel and community outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in business, commerce, or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in agency management, insurance distribution, or banking is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the Indian life insurance industry is preferred.
