- Current Openings Manager – Marketing & Outreach (8-10 years of relevant experience)
- Assistant/ Deputy Manager – Marketing & Outreach (6+ years of relevant experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.
- Lead student recruitment campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Enhance brand visibility, institutional collaborations, and drive admissions growth.
- Plan and execute regional outreach activities while achieving enrolment targets.
- Represent the Business School at education fairs, networking events, and industry engagements.
Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Higher Education, EdTech, Admissions, Educational Marketing, Business Development, or Outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust leadership capabilities with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
