1. Strong experience in soft services and housekeeping operations
2. Excellent eye for detail and quality orientation
3. Positive knowledge of pantry, pest control, waste management and inventory control
4. Strong documentation and reporting skills
5. Ability to manage audits, trackers and governance reviews
6. Good communication and team handling skills
7. Strong follow-up and escalation management ability
8. Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital checklist/helpdesk tools
9. Understanding of HSE, chemical safety, PPE and waste segregation
10. Ability to work in a premium MNC/technology workplace environment
