Role Overview

As an Aera Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Aera Decision Intelligence solutions. Based on your experience level, you may work on data mapping, Skill configuration, solution architecture, client engagement, delivery leadership, and practice development.

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Office/Hybrid | Remote for experienced candidates)

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Aera Skills based on business requirements.
- Map ERP and APS data into the Aera Decision Data Model using SQL.
- Configure business rules, recommendation logic, thresholds, and automation workflows.
- Design and maintain data models, system integrations, and reconciliation reports.
- Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare support.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and decision catalogs.
- Participate in decision-discovery workshops and define business KPIs.
- Review solution designs and mentor junior consultants.
- Lead workstreams, delivery planning, and client communication.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture, including APIs, integrations, and security considerations.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development.
- Build reusable delivery accelerators and contribute to practice growth.
- Collaborate with Aera Technology and Argon & Co. teams on global implementations.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science,

or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on 3 years experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP; processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,



including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word,

PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream), MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), or an equivalent qualification.
- 60% or above academic performance is preferred.
- Aera Technology certification, or willingness to complete the company-sponsored certification during onboarding.

Required Skills

- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Understanding of supply chain planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.;
- Knowledge of ERP and APS integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust communication skills for working with global clients.
- Experience with Python, Excel/VBA, APIs, cloud platforms, or optimization concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, RELEX, OMP, o9, or Anaplan is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Leadership and mentoring skills are expected for senior-level roles.
