- Lead the design, development, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems including PLCs, robotics, machine vision, motion control systems, and SCADA applications.
- Support integration of automation solutions with MES, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
- Ensure reliable and scalable automation architecture across manufacturing operations.
- Drive automation projects from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment.
- Support preparation of project timelines, cost estimates, and ROI calculations
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, OEE, and cycle times through automation.
- Develop data-driven solutions for process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support defect reduction and yield improvement programs.
