Role Description The Agency Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with agencies and brand partners, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Specialist will regularly conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals,



track pipeline activities, and provide feedback to improve service offerings. The role also involves achieving sales targets, reporting performance metrics, and supporting training initiatives for agency partners to maximize campaign success.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support partner onboarding, educate clients on services, and enhance agency collaboration.
