Position: Lead Engineer / Deputy Manager - Account & Program Management

Aequs Aerospace is looking for a dynamic Lead Engineer / Deputy Manager - Account & Program Management to manage aerospace customer programs and drive seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. The role will be responsible for customer account management, demand planning, forecasting, program execution, and ensuring successful delivery of aerospace products while meeting quality, cost, and schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage aerospace customer accounts and serve as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer forecasts, demand planning, and production requirements.
- Drive program execution from order receipt to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-quality performance.
- Monitor program milestones, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, escalations, and delivery challenges.
- Support change management activities, engineering revisions, and customer modifications.
- Track program KPIs, customer requirements, and business performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and contractual obligations.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, Account Management, Customer Program Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Operations within Aerospace/Defense manufacturing.
- Experience handling aerospace customers, forecasts, demand planning, and delivery management.
- Exposure to Aerostructures, Engines, Landing Systems, Precision Components, or Aerospace Manufacturing preferred.
- Robust understanding of production planning, supply chain, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality systems such as AS9100 and customer compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
