Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Frontend Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should possess strong frontend development expertise combined with hands-on experience in AEM component development, content management solutions, and modern web technologies.

The candidate should be passionate about delivering responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences while collaborating closely with UX designers, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AEM-based websites and digital experiences.
- Design and implement reusable frontend components using AEM best practices.
- Build responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-first web pages using modern frontend frameworks and technologies.
- Integrate frontend components with AEM templates, content fragments, experience fragments, and backend services.
- Develop and customize AEM Core Components and Client Libraries (clientlibs).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
- Consume and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Ensure web accessibility compliance based on WCAG standards.
- Optimize web application performance, SEO, and page load times.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards and best practices.
- Work with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to frontend implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.




- Experience working with:

- Understanding of AEM architecture and content management concepts.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and up-to-date deployment practices.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of frontend development experience.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem exposure.
- Next.js experience with AEM Headless.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or similar build tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
