About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to support a major US-based behavioral health insurance client on application modernization and AI-enabled initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing scalable digital solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable digital experiences within a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance components, templates, and workflows on AEM
- Build and maintain integrations between AEM and other enterprise systems/APIs
- Develop and optimize backend logic using Java, Sling, and OSGi
- Implement front-end functionality using HTL (Sightly) and modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product, architecture) in an Agile setting
- Follow best practices for code quality,



version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure delivered solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with healthcare industry standards
- Support application modernization and AI-driven digital transformation initiatives

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an AEM Developer
- Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, and workflows
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with API integrations
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare/insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with AEM Cloud Service
- Exposure to AI-driven digital transformation projects
