The ideal candidate should be an experienced AEM Developer who can contribute to the development of digital consumer experiences utilizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) product suite by setting up development environments, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, leveraging AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for development efficiency while maintaining code quality, and being hands-on with Touch UI, Sightly, OSGi etc.

Responsibilities:

- Develop digital consumer experiences based on a foundation of the AEM product suite including Adobe sites and assets

- Implement features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management etc.

- Help setup AEM development environments and sandboxes

- Develop custom components, dialogs, widgets, custom OSGI components, and services, custom sling servlets and event listeners, and other extensions for the AEM platform

- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to web content management implementation and write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards

- Estimation of tasks assigned to you.

- Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) for writing application code,



while critically reviewing and debugging AI-generated code with the same rigor as hand-written code

Requirements:

- BE/Btech/MCA with 2+ years of experience in architecting components and templates as per business requirements

- Prior experience with Touch UI and Sightly

- Adept at JCR, OSGi services, concepts and components

- Hands on experience on Servlets and Maven/Gradle

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to code with AI assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor), including prompt design and critical validation of generated code.
