Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. Youll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teams.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.

- Own and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.

- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.

- Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.

- Ensure on-time delivery of sprint commitments and release milestones.

- Track project KPIs, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Participate in Quarterly PI Planning and roadmap definition.

- Provide regular status updates to MBRDI Product Owners, Managers, and Program leads.

- Ensure adherence to Agile, Lean, and ASPICE processes where applicable.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.

Bonus Points

- 6-9 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis,



or Agile Project Delivery.

- Strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.

- Experience managing product backlogs and release planning.

- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, Testing, UX, and Architecture teams.

- Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.

- Experience in Automotive, Infotainment, Telematics, OTA, Connected Vehicle, or Embedded Systems is preferred.

- Secure Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus.
