Key Responsibilities

Role Overview Knowcraft Analytics is hiring Advanced Analysts for its Valuation Services team. The role will primarily support business valuation assignments for U.S.-based clients. The candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in business valuation, financial modeling, valuation research, and report support.

Experience in 409A valuations, Purchase Price Allocation, Gift & Estate valuations, goodwill/equity valuation, or financial reporting valuations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities • Prepare valuation models and supporting schedules. • Work on business enterprise valuation assignments. • Support DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, WACC, and market multiple analysis. • Conduct company, industry, economic, and market research. • Prepare valuation report sections, exhibits, and workpapers. • Support 409A valuation assignments, including financial analysis, cap table review, and valuation allocation support, where applicable. • Assist in PPA, goodwill valuation, Gift & Estate valuation, and other valuation engagements as required.



• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Qualifications

Required: MBA (Premier B‑School) Add-on: MS (Finance), CA and/or CFA (CFA Institute, US) Preferred: CVA, ASA, and/or ABV

Core Skills &

Competencies • Minimum 1 year of business valuation experience. • Good understanding of DCF, market approach, transaction approach, and WACC. • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Ability to analyze financial statements. • Good report writing and documentation skills. • Robust attention to detail. • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Exposure to any of the following will be preferred: • 409A valuations • PPA / ASC 805 • Gift & Estate valuations • Goodwill impairment / ASC 350 • Fair value measurement / ASC 820 • Stock-based compensation / ASC 718 • OPM, PWERM, backsolve, DLOM • Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, BVR, or similar databases
