- Hands-on experience with

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

and

Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)

- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience ingesting customer data into AEP from multiple enterprise systems including Web applications, CRM platforms, Marketo, Batch and Streaming pipelines, REST APIs

- Experience building and supporting audience segmentation and activation use cases using RTCDP.

- Robust understanding of customer identity resolution and profile management.

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, browser debugging tools, and network analysis.

- Attribution Modeling, Funnel Analysis, Customer Journey Tracking

- Data Governance, Consent Management, Tag Auditing and Troubleshooting.
