About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Architect with strong hands-on experience across the Adobe ecosystem and the ability to translate complex Adobe capabilities into practical business solutions.

The role will work across Adobe Experience Cloud, with exposure to capabilities such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Workfront and related Adobe technologies.

The ideal candidate is a strong Adobe practitioner and architect who can lead delivery, solve complex client problems, and clearly articulate how Adobe technologies can address business and customer-experience needs .

This is not a role requiring expertise across every Adobe product. We are looking for someone with strong depth in key Adobe capabilities, broad ecosystem understanding, and the ability to connect the pieces into effective solutions .

Key Responsibilities

1. Adobe Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead architecture and solution design for Adobe-based transformation and digital experience initiatives.
- Translate business and customer-experience requirements into practical, scalable Adobe solutions.
- Design solutions across relevant Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and their integration with enterprise technology landscapes.
- Provide architectural guidance across discovery, design,



implementation and delivery.
- Establish practical architecture patterns, standards and reusable approaches.

2. Adobe Platform & Technology Expertise

- Bring strong expertise in one or more core Adobe capabilities, with a broad understanding of the wider Adobe ecosystem.
- Work across areas such as AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Workfront and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies , depending on engagement requirements.
- Understand customer data, identity, audience, journey, content and workflow capabilities and how they can work together.
- Evaluate Adobe capabilities against business requirements and recommend the right-fit solution rather than a product-led approach.

3. Delivery & Technical Leadership

- Own or provide technical leadership across Adobe implementations, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and successfully delivered.
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to translate architecture into executable solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges across complex Adobe implementations and integrations.
- Ensure architectural decisions are aligned with delivery realities, timelines and client outcomes.
- Mentor Adobe technical teams and strengthen overall delivery capability.

4. Client Advisory & Communication

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions and solution workshops.
- Translate complex Adobe concepts into clear business and technical narratives for different audiences.
- Communicate trade-offs, recommendations and implementation approaches with clarity and confidence.
- Support proposals, RFPs, solutioning and pre-sales activities where required.

5. Adobe Ecosystem & Capability Building

- Build and maintain solid relationships within the Adobe ecosystem in India , including Adobe teams,



partners and relevant technology communities.
- Stay current with Adobe's evolving product roadmap, architecture patterns and emerging capabilities.
- Contribute to internal Adobe capability development through knowledge sharing, accelerators, frameworks and mentoring.
- Help strengthen our India-based Adobe practice and build a scalable talent and delivery capability.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in technology, digital experience, MarTech, solution architecture or related areas.
- Strong experience working with Adobe technologies , with deep expertise in at least one or more key Adobe platforms.
- Practical experience with AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Workfront or other Adobe Experience Cloud technologies .
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations and digital experience solutions.
- Proven experience taking Adobe solutions from architecture through implementation and delivery .
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technology concepts.
- Experience in solutioning, consulting or pre-sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Existing connectivity within the Adobe ecosystem in India would be highly valuable.
