Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics professional with strong hands-on expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) , Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) , and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Adobe s data and analytics ecosystem and be able to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support solutions across AEP , RT-CDP , CJA , and Adobe Analytics .

Configure and manage AEP schemas, datasets, identity services, data ingestion, and data governance.

Build and maintain RT-CDP audiences, profiles, segmentation, and activation workflows.

Develop CJA data views, connections, metrics, dimensions, and dashboards.

Work with Adobe Analytics implementations , including report suites, variables, events, processing rules, and tagging.

Analyze customer journey and behavioral data to generate actionable business insights.

Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and marketing teams to define analytics requirements.

Troubleshoot data quality, tracking,



identity resolution, and reporting issues.

Support solution design, documentation, testing, and production deployments.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP .

Strong practical experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) .

Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.

Experience with XDM , Identity Service , Segmentation Service , datasets, data ingestion, and data governance.

Experience creating CJA connections and data views and developing meaningful analytics.

Understanding of customer profiles, identity stitching, audience creation, and activation.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
