Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions journey and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, explaining program offerings and learning paths, and assessing candidate fit based on interests, background, and career goals.

The role involves conducting admissions calls, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions tools, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.





The Admissions

Specialist will provide transparent information on curriculum, schedules, fees, and policies, help applicants complete enrollment steps, and support admitted learners up to program start. The position requires proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on learner success and ethical, transparent guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support prospective and current learners with empathy and professionalism.

- A background in counseling, advising, education, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.
