Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, mobile, and web channels
- Configure and manage workflows, decision rules, and audience segmentation
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other enterprise systems
- Handle API integrations and real-time data pipelines for seamless data exchange
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign and platform-related issues
- Analyze campaign results and drive continuous optimization and performance improvement
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for operational excellence
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and innovation initiative
