Recruitment &
- Admissions Management
- Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital lead channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course combinations, PU curriculum specifics, and career pathways (e.g., medical, engineering, or commerce streams).
- Conduct structured campus tours, showcasing residential facilities, smart classrooms, laboratories, and safety infrastructure.
- Manage the end-to-end admission funnel: tracking follow-ups, application processing, merit assessments, fee collections, and final enrollment documentation.
2. Residential &
- Campus Coordination
- Collaborate closely with hostel wardens, mess management, and residential faculty to coordinate student boarding logistics during admission visits.
- Assist parents and new residential students with hostel check-in procedures, room allocations, and familiarization with campus rules and routines.
- Address initial transition queries or concerns from boarders and their families to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
3. Outreach &
- Marketing Support
- Represent Vedanta PU College at educational fairs, school outreach programs, and career guidance seminars.
- Coordinate local or regional promotional campaigns and assist the administration in analyzing admission trends and conversion data.
Candidate Requirements &
- Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in student counseling, institutional admissions, or business development—preferably within residential schools or PU/CBSE college environments.
- Key Competencies:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (fluency in local languages and English is typically required).
- Robust interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and persuasive approach to parent interactions.
- Flexibility to work in a residential setting, which may occasionally require extended hours or weekend availability during peak admission seasons.
- High proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and reporting.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
