Role Description The Admissions & Partnerships Advisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students through their study abroad journey and cultivating relationships with partner agents. On a day-to-day basis, the Advisor conducts consultations, answers inquiries, and provides personalized recommendations colleges, and study abroad programs. The role involves managing the admissions pipeline, supporting application preparation, and following up with leads to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The Advisor collaborates with agent partners to maintain and strengthen relationships, share program information, and identify new partnership opportunities. The position also includes organizing online information sessions, contributing to outreach initiatives, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills for advising, presenting information clearly,



and building trust with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Strong ability to build, manage, nurture and retain new and old agent partnerships.
- Student Recruiting and Sales skills to identify prospective students, nurture leads, and support enrollment targets in an ethical, student-centered manner.
- Training skills to deliver information sessions, workshops, and orientation activities for students, parents, or partner agents.
- Experience in overseas education consulting and admissions counseling.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with data maintenance and analysis.
- Knowledge of international education pathways and study abroad processes of multiple destinations- Big 4s, Europe, NZ.
