Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna. The counselor will guide prospective students and professionals through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, and explaining ICORP FUTURE’s programs in Finance and Taxation. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with leads, conducting counseling sessions, managing application documentation, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and enrolled learners.

The role involves coordinating with training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, organizing information sessions or events,



and providing ongoing support to admitted learners. The counselor will also contribute to outreach and basic sales activities to increase enrollment while maintaining a learner-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively counsel and support diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive experience throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments in a professional, ethical, and consultative manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as academic counseling or training industry exposure, to understand learner needs and program outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Education, or related fields.
- Ability to work in office in Perintalmanna, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; understanding of finance or taxation training is a plus.
