Location: INSD – Baner Branch, Pune

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years in admissions, counseling, sales, education, or a related field

### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Admission Counselor to join our team at the INSD Baner Branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents, understanding their educational and career goals, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, eligibility, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus/branch visits and provide detailed course information.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities when required.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents and provide excellent customer service.

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counseling, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Candidates with experience in the design/creative education sector will be preferred.
