Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh. This role involves counseling prospective students and families on academic options, admission processes, and career pathways through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication.

The Admissions

Counselor will manage inquiries, follow up with leads, assist with application documentation, and coordinate with partner institutions to streamline admissions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate student records, conducting information sessions, participating in outreach activities,



and supporting institutional partners with enrollment initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with the internal team to ensure consistent service quality and achievement of admission targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admission journey.
