Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tailor role based in Noida. The Tailor will be responsible for measuring clients, performing fittings, and altering garments to achieve accurate size and style requirements. Daily tasks include cutting fabric, sewing and finishing garments, and ensuring high-quality dressmaking and tailoring standards.

The role involves interacting with customers to understand their preferences, offering recommendations on styles and adjustments, and maintaining clear communication about timelines and services.



The Tailor will also help keep the workspace organized, manage basic inventory of materials, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent and professional service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tailoring and dressmaking skills, including garment construction and alteration.
- Candidates should possess precise fitting skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and adjustments.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Experience using sewing machines and related tools, with knowledge of different fabrics and garment styles.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time well, and handle multiple orders while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience as a Tailor or in a similar garment production or alteration role is preferred.
