We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Admissions & Sales Counsellor to handle enquiries and admissions for our Media, Journalism, Acting, Filmmaking and other professional courses & workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries
- Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings
- Regularly follow up and convert enquiries into admissions
- Reconnect with old leads for upcoming batches
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up and admission records
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team on campaigns and lead quality

Who We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication, counselling and follow-up skills
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Media/Film Institutes or Inside Sales preferred
- Comfortable with calling, counselling and working towards admission targets
