Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to parents/guardians for admission enquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about the school's programs.

- Conduct tele-counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals and preferences.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with parents/guardians using CRM software.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admissions team) to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to parent queries via phone or email.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in an education industry setting, preferably in a similar role (admissions counselor).

- Excellent communication skills for effective telecalling conversations with parents/guardians.

- Strong presentation skills for delivering informative presentations during virtual meetings.

- Proficiency in CRM software for managing data entry and record-keeping tasks.

- Ability to work independently from home office setup.
