We are looking for a dynamic Admission Officer with a robust communication skill, a presentable personality, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents while ensuring smooth coordination within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for parents for queries, concerns, and feedback

- Build positive and qualified relationships with parents.

- Handle walk-in enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on enquiries.

- Provide detailed information about curriculum, facilities, and fee structure.

- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators, and management for resolution

- Escalate critical issues to the concerned authorities when required

- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.

- Support retention and re-enrollment activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

- 4+ years of experience in a school environment.

- Robust communication and convincing skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Good interpersonal skills.
